Who am I?
Magali CLAIR
European Trademark Attorney
After a first experiment at the French NIIP, I started as European Trademark Attorney. I worked in Paris based law firms before setting up my own structure, backed by a network developed internationally over more than twenty years.
I advise you on protecting, defending and enhancing the value of your intangible assets in France and abroad, in line with your needs and budget, for a personalized, efficient and trust-based collaboration. I work with major groups, SMEs and start-ups on all intellectual property issues.
As the French WineTech IP expert and member of the International Association of Wine and Vine Lawyers, I have developed a strong expertise in the wine sector, particularly in the service of well-known wine estates and in the defense of guarantee and quality signs (PDO, PGI, labels), notably on behalf of public institutions. I have also acquired extensive experience in defending trademarks in China, in complex proceedings.

The profession of Intellectual Property Attorney (CPI) is regulated by the French Intellectual Property Code.
The IPC is a strategic, legal and economic expert, subject to strict ethical rules (confidentiality, absence of conflicts of interest, responsibility towards clients), enforced by the Compagnie Nationale des Conseils en Propriété Industrielle, of which all IPCs are compulsory members.
